When heated, Therabeads release a moist heat, allowing them to soothe the skin and muscles more effectively than standard heating pads. The pack is filled with tiny microscopic beads of hygroscopic aluminium, retaining their moisture for up to 30 minutes for long-lasting therapy. Place the pad without the cotton cover and covered with a damp kitchen paper in the microwave for 25 seconds at 800W. Better to use a microwave-safe plate and put it on top without touching the sides. Distribute the content of the pad before using it.
