What can be returned?
You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Expired products
Perishable items
Customized products
Items purchased on sale or clearance

How to return an item?
Contact us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [+971 56 997 9945] to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, along with the original receipt and the RMA number.
Return the item: You can return the item to our store in Abu Dhabi or ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:
If you Receive any product by mistake you can exchange the item, please follow the same return process as outlined above.
We will ship the exchange item to you free of charge.
